Northern Film & Media and the Tees Valley Combined Authority have joined forces to create Tees Valley Screen. A new Tees Valley wide development programme supporting talent, ambition and growth across the screen industries. Integral to the direction and content of the programme is the Tees Valley Screen Steering Group. This group will consist of practitioners and organisations working across film, television and the broader creative industries in the Tees Valley.
This is an exciting opportunity to feed into and advise on the Tees Valley Screen programme content and strategy ensuring the needs of the sector are met.
If you are interested in joining the steering group you must be based in the Tees Valley region.
The 2019 meetings will take place on the following dates in central Middlesbrough:
19th March
21st May
18th July
17th September
21st November
Places on the Steering Group are limited if you are interested in joining please send an email to roxy@nfmarchive.northeastscreen.org explaining why you are interested in supporting the Tees Valley programme, where you are based and a short biography outlining your experience in the screen industries (artist film, film, television, games, vfx, animation etc).
Refreshments will be provided and travel expenses will be covered for those travelling from outside of the Middlesbrough Local Authority area.
The deadline for applying to join the steering group is 21st February 2019.
The Tees Valley Screen Development programme is delivered by Northern Film & Media and supported by the European Regional Development Fund, Tees Valley Combined Authority, Arts Council England and Screen Skills.
