Northern Film + Media and The Film & TV Charity are delighted to launch Open Horizons#2, a 9 month initiative to help early career professionals overcome disadvantages caused by their geographical location. The scheme is financed by The Film & TV Charity and managed by NFM and NFM Academy. It is open to applicants from throughout the UK.
