Ever wondered what happens in the engine of the production? Ever thought about it as a career path? Are you organised and meticulous? Do you like to know everything that’s going on in production?
Learn about how the production office engages and interacts with all the other departments on production. Understand the skills involved in ensuring all of the teams work seamlessly together. Discover what roles there are within the department and what skills are needed for each role.
Introducing the production office team behind ITV’s Vera. Fahima Chowdhury, Line Producer with over 20 years of experience in TV Production (Factual and Drama). Prior to making the transition from Factual to Drama, Fahima worked as Production Manager on CBeebies shows The Lingo Show and The Rhyme Rocket, as well as studio entertainment dating show Baggage (C4) and factual entertainment series Grumpy Old Women (BBC2) .
Alongside Fahima we have Production Co-ordinator Lynsey Palmer, who has also worked on ABC Murders, Frontier for Netflix, The Royals, as well as experience on Inspector George Gently, The Dumping Ground and National Treasure.
