At NFM we work with lots of film and TV companies encouraging them to film in our amazing region. In the past we’ve worked with feature films including Avengers – Infinity War, Transformers – The Last Knight, I, Daniel Blake, Sorry We Missed You, TV series including ITV’s Vera, CBBC’s Dumping Ground, Netflix Frontier and Last Kingdom, as well as many commercials, factual programmes, onkine content and corporate shoots. We are constantly on the look out for the stunning and unusual locations for filming, but also for the normal day to day places we all live in, work in and pass everyday. We have an online database designed to help demonstrate the versatility and diversity of the region and are very keen to encourage people to add the details of their property to it. This database is free to register and free to use. It doesn’t list names and contact details to protect locations.
Usually productions pay to use a property and entry on the database carries no obligation to allow filming. Hosting a production at your property is exciting and interesting but not for the faint hearted which is why we’re here to support both locations and productions every step of the way.
