The residency experience and reflection

Posted on 3rd July 2017 by Sabina Sallis

Engaged in Liverpool I’ve never known before: with vegetation, forest gardens, people, and their ideas, connections and complexities of and between the parts of it. Ambiguous and straight.

Productive time spent on working and walking, meandering, immersing myself in the landscape that inevitably yields thoughts of change and growth and abundant possibilities.

Engulfed in the garden, the landscape of becoming, bathing in permanent metamorphic luminosity of the better time, space, the better future.

In the well cultivated garden not only the time grows spontaneously, also reverence is the given.

How can we grow and cultivate compassion and imagination? What can help thoughts grow, how can we cultivate wisdom? Is it possible through challenging ideas, the philosopher’s companion planting, the intellectual herbarium?

In the condition for the ultimate experience ideas grow, ideas and concepts that transform thinking.

Contemplating the precious moments, the hope and humanity! The fertile soil! The humus of the present for the human of the future!

The community of like-minded individuals that share the passion for compassionate responsiveness to the living conditions!  The conditions that are alive and always in flux. These conditions are infectious!

It’s the thinking society, thinking its secrets openly and working with the vibrations embedded in the landscape’s ecosystem.

Synchronizing with the ambience of the landscape for the intellectual forest garden. The agents for change gardening vegetal thinking. Vegetation as a political agent! The enabler, the facilitator for transformation!

That habitat for poetic coexistence! The superstructure amalgamating layers of multi-layers!
