Ideas should have a strong sense of regional portrayal as well as being informative but entertaining and with a clear purpose.
This opportunity is part of the BBC’s commitment to spend £25million in the North East [England] over the next five years.
The submission deadline for ideas is midnight, Friday 25th February.
