Tees Valley Screen is hiring

Northern Film + Media and the Tees Valley Combined Authority have joined forces to create Tees Valley Screen. An exciting new Tees Valley wide development programme supporting people and companies across the film, television, artist moving image and broader screen industries. Tees Valley Screen is looking to recruit two posts.

Tees Valley Project Manager       £28k pro rata

This role is the key point of contact leading NFM’s partnership programme of activity with Tees Valley Combined Authority.  You will have a proven management track record in creative industry ideally in film and television and will lead on the artist and filmmaker professional development elements of the project.  Job description can be found here  Tees Valley Project Manager Job Description deadline 10 June 2019.

Tees Valley Creative Industries Coordinator  £20k pro rata

This role supports the Tees Valley Project Manager to develop and deliver a bespoke talent and business development events and supporting programme for emerging and established film and television professionals.  It also supports the Head of Production service with NFM Academy events and Filming Friendly activity.  Job description can be found here  Tees Valley Creative-Industries-Co-ordinator-Job-Description  deadline 10 June 2019.

NFM is a flexible working employer and both roles are available on either a full or part time basis (3 – 5 days per week).   You will be based in Tees Valley for a minimum of half your working week.  12 month initial contract, with a further 24 months subject to funding confirmation.  To apply send your CV and a covering letter to alison@nfmarchive.northeastscreen.org and please specify your preferred working days.

The post holders must also be able to work in a flexible way which includes, travel and working at NFM’s head office in Gateshead and across the Tees Valley with some out of hours working at events and on digital support.
